I audited the live dashboard screen by screen to separate quick wins — inconsistent spacing, unclear states, dated components — from the deeper structural issues that would need a real redesign.
Design
I shipped UX and UI updates directly to the existing dashboard for the near term, then designed a new version of the broader B2B SaaS product as the team's longer-term target.
UpClear got an immediate, lower-risk improvement to ship now, plus a clear design target to build toward.
