A B2B/B2C appointment-booking SaaS, designed for two very different admins.
APPT is an appointment-booking SaaS serving two audiences at once: B2B admins at small businesses booking one-on-one services like yoga, depositions, massage, or catering, and B2C customers booking directly for themselves.
Discover & define
The core design challenge was that "admin" meant two very different people depending on context — a small-business owner managing staff schedules, or an individual managing their own bookings — and the product had to serve both without feeling like two apps.
Design
I started with high-fidelity wireframe flows to show stakeholders and developers the full vision before refining any detail — covering the homepage, the B2B admin dashboard, the B2C scheduling experience, and the confirmation email.
Validate
I refined the details alongside QA and beta client testers as real bookings started flowing through the product, rather than polishing in isolation before any real use.
APPT shipped with parallel B2B and B2C flows that share one underlying system instead of forking into two products.
